- You have a problem.

- 1st of all, if your ip address changes, so does your
- hostname. Hostnames are mapped to an ip address.

- At our site, we give you an ip address. You use the same address every time.
- There are reasons not to do this, but the good points are: Easy for the
- remote users to find each other; allows users to set permissions based on
- hostnames; allows us to track hacker stuff to a particular user.

- How that person is going to know who you are is very difficult. Tonights ip
- address is probably someone else tommorrow night.
