  17. You have a problem.

  19. 1st of all, if your ip address changes, so does your 
  20. hostname.  Hostnames are mapped to an ip address.
  21.  
  22. At our site, we give you an ip address.  You use the same address every time.
  23. There are reasons not to do this, but the good points are: Easy for the 
  24. remote users to find each other; allows users to set permissions based on 
  25. hostnames; allows us to track hacker stuff to a particular user.

  27. How that person is going to know who you are is very difficult. Tonights ip 
  28. address is probably someone else tommorrow night.
